Looking Out For Your Family’s Future
Family law covers many situations. Whether you are facing a divorce or need help with child support enforcement, I will always look out for your best interest. I take the time to get to know my clients so that I understand what issues are most important to them. I will walk you through the process to help you make the best decisions possible in the effort to reach your legal goals. Some of the legal issues I regularly help clients with include:
- Divorce and legal separation
- Domestic violence and restraining orders
- Child custody
- Serving as a child privilege attorney and best interest of the child attorney
- Child support
- Children in need of assistance (CINA)
In addition, I help clients with estate planning matters, such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney. I can also assist you through the probate process as an appointed executor of an estate.
A Lawyer Who Will Be There For You
From the moment you call my office, I will be considering how best to help you. In many situations, my clients can resolve their cases through mediation or negotiation. Creating your own settlement agreement has many advantages, and I can help you get there.
In other situations, however, settlement is not possible, and you need a fierce advocate to fight for your interests at trial. I have many years of experience as a trial lawyer, and I am always prepared to take your case to court. No matter what direction your case goes, I will be there for you to guide you through the process and respond to your concerns.
